Our client manages timeshare resorts on behalf of their Home Owners Associations (HOA), providing first class hospitality experiences for all. One function of these management agreements is the proper maintenance and reporting of all financial matters relating to the HOA, which includes the preparation of annual budgets, billing and collection of annual membership fees, payment of supplier’s invoices, submission of VAT returns and production of financial statements.
The finance offices located in Ballater are seeking to recruit a person with the necessary finance skills and experience to focus on delivering these services to their customers. This role will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will be responsible for supervising a small team on a day to day basis. Excel skills are essential as is the ability to produce financial statements. Experience of Sage or other similar accounting packages is preferred, although not essential as training will be provided.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the position will also involve analysing financials, preparation of budgets and forecasts.
