Shonah Raffan - Managing Director
Strategic Resources was formed in November 1987 with Shonah joining the company in May 1988; she took over as Managing Director in 1995.
She is directly responsible for the overall performance of Strategic Resources and continues to be responsible for the recruitment of personnel on behalf of long established clients.

Alfie Smith - Director
Alfie joined Strategic Resources in 1996 and was appointed Director in 1997. He is responsible for executive search and advertising assignments as well as contract and permanent recruitment.
Alfie has many years' experience in personnel and human resources with companies such as Marathon Oil and Amerada Hess.

Justin has been with Strategic Resources since 1994 and is responsible for supervising the accounting and payroll functions as well as processing all year-end accounts. He is also responsible for overseas taxation, company legal and accounting obligations.

Gary joined our Team in May 2005. An experienced Recruitment Consultant, he is responsible for his own portfolio of clients and building relationships with candidates and contractors.

Karen has been with the company since 2006 and as Senior Accounts Assistant she is responsible for the full spectrum of monthly payroll and Limited Company contractor payments. She also is responsible for the day-to-day accounting processes, month-end and year-end accounts.

Kay, a graduate of Robert Gordon University, with a BA Honours Degree International Tourism Management, works as part of the Accounts Team and is involved in running the weekly payroll, preparation of invoices, reconciliation of journals and general accounting duties.

Linda Ross - Personal Assistant/QA Co-ordinator
Linda has been with the company since 1989 and oversees the administration staff, office procedures and inhouse quality assurance/ control. Working with the Managing Director she is responsible for the co-ordination of all ISO9901:2000 QA documentation and procedures. She is also Personal Assistant to the Director assisting him with all day-to-day issues.

Steph is a recent honours graduate from the Robert Gordon University and has worked for Strategic Resources since 2006 on a part-time basis; moving into a staff role in 2008. She is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of all PAYE and Ltd Company contracts and reviewing client contracts. She also works closely with the Managing Director on a day-to-day basis.
