Finance Manager
Full-time office-based position.
City centre, parking provided
Preparation, analysis and reporting of financial information
Record, report and monitor the cash flow of the business
Ensure all regulatory requirements are met by the Company
Interface with Pension provider to submit all information required
Interface with internal / external parties to ensure all finance queries are resolved quickly
Continuously develop and improve financial processes
Any other duties
Qualifications/Experience
Accountancy qualification preferred - CA, ACCA or CIMA.
Extensive experience of managing a finance team.
Capacity to design and implement financial systems and reporting that align with the organisation’s overall business strategy.
Ability to analyse financial issues that arise and to provide sound and effective solutions.
Ability to think strategically utilising business acumen.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
