Responsible for leading and co-ordinating all material support and movements within the Campaign programme offshore. If required, stand-in to provide support for onshore procurement, planning and materials movements departments for duration of campaign.

Co-ordinate all associated campaign freight movement from flotel
Set systems and relevant areas for materials movements on the flotel for the Campaign
Supervise and co-ordinate material requirements and stock management for all work scopes
Create and maintain a Materials Database for use across all areas of work scope
Provide technical support and guidance to other members of the Material team as appropriate
Operate SAP system relative to offshore functions to ensure good control of material movements
Ensure that the Campaign supervision are made aware of material short falls in advance of requirements
Set up system to ensure visibility of vendor material movements to RSES-D (to ensure that necessary materials are on-site prior to manpower mobilization)
Liaise closely with platform materials controller for platform materials movements
Control and ensure compliance with HM Revenue & Customs, Waste Management and Dangerous Goods Regulations by Sea and Air and SEPA.
Manage the safe and efficient operation of day-to-day activities in the materials storage areas on the flotel and platform under Campaign Team control
Liaise closely with deck crew to control operations, material movements
Liaise closely with relevant onshore, flotel and platform personnel with respect to supply boat operations.
Provide advice to clients in relation to materials
Maintain COSHH database as required.
Provide reports and information on material for supervision, co-ordination meetings etc
Liaise with appropriate personnel to ensure control of temporary equipment (platform inspector).
Radio contact with supply vessels
If required, make up electronic consignment note, manifests for transportation of all materials from flotel
Ensure all stock levels are correct, maintained, and accurate.
Able to maintain records for waste management from the platform.
Assist in Technical Administrative duties as required.
5-10 years experience in Materials Management stock management role, dealing with maintenance and production type materials
Dangerous Goods by Air (IATA)
Dangerous Goods by Sea (IMDG Code).
Knowledge and understanding of Production/Maintenance materials and procedures
Knowledge and understanding of inventory control and materials management processes
Understanding of material specification, certification, and verification processes
Understanding of the interfaces between Materials function and user department
Basic multi-discipline engineering knowledge
Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills
Good written and oral communication, interpersonal skills are required along with a good common-sense approach
Good understanding of software Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & SAP.
Have restricted radio operator licence for boat operations would be advantage
