OPERATING INTEGRITY MANAGER

Purpose:
Implement consistent Operating Integrity (OI) discipline across UK Operated Assets.


Accountabilities and End Results:
Lead the implementation of the OI process across UK operations to eliminate OI incidents
Foster strong communications and networking with all other functional groups to improve effectiveness
Ensure close alignment with HSE and Process Safety focus areas
Accountable for critical OI processes and procedures
Accountable for ensuring technical competency content is relevant and robust


Primary Functions:
Lead development and implementation of integrated safe system of work including common isolation standard
Ensure operating practices are implemented consistently & effectively across all UK assets
Ensure all Operating procedures are relevant and meet legislative requirements
Develop and assist operated assets with tiered competency program including development of training material where applicable
Develop training facilities to support OI competency requirements (leak testing, isolation standard etc)
Support OI related incident investigations
Develop networks both internally and externally to take key operating integrity learnings from other businesses
Develop relationships with key stakeholders onshore and offshore in support of overall OI strategy and objectives
Represent UK on Upstream Operations Excellence Networks of Excellence
Support the development of leading performance indicators for operating integrity


Critical Skills:
Core Technical Experience
Significant experience working in an offshore operations role
Previous Supervisor/ Management experience


Qualifications
Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferred)
